Solar panels

Solar installation planned around the project, not a one-size-fits-all offer.

RF Solar Co Ltd supplies and installs solar systems for larger commercial, housing and construction programmes across Northern Ireland, Scotland and the wider UK. Every system starts with the building, the programme and the budget — never with a stock design.

RF / 02 · Configuration overview

Configuration overview

Integrated or on-roof: the correct approach depends on the building and the programme.

In-roof / integrated solar

A flush roofline for the right new-build or reroofing context.

Panels sit within the roof covering and replace part of the conventional tile or slate system. This can create a cleaner, lower-profile finish where the roof design and project programme support it.

  • Cleaner integration with roof coverings
  • Suitable for relevant new-build contexts
  • Reduced visual projection from the roofline

On-roof solar

A flexible solution for many existing roof structures.

Panels are mounted over the existing roof using rails and brackets. This can offer adaptable retrofit options with accessible maintenance routes, subject to survey and structural suitability.

  • Flexible installation approach
  • Suited to many existing roof types
  • Accessible for maintenance and inspection
